Last Updated: 6/3/2025
Welcome to the WPF Community Rules & Regulations
The communities and social networks via WomensPersonalFinance.org (including WovenbyWPF.net and the WPF Insiders Discord server) are where our community members congregate. By participating in WPF forums, marketplace, and social networks, you agree to follow the community rules and regulations outlined below. When we use the term “forum,” we mean any area of WomensPersonalFinance.org, WovenByWPF.net, Discord server or related that allows interaction with other individuals visiting or using Women’s Personal Finance administrated spaces, such as forums and marketplaces. You also agree to our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.
Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these rules and regulations. WPF is a community, and we rely on you to keep this community friendly and enjoyable by following these rules.
If you feel that another member’s post or activity has violated these rules and would like to bring it to our attention, you may contact us via methods prescribed within the specific forum or by contacting hello@womenspersonalfinance.org. Although WPF tries to evaluate all reports regarding misuse of its services, it does not promise to do so, and it reserves the right to take any action or no action at all in response to such reports.
Our platforms operate in compliance with Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, which provides immunity from liability for online service providers and users who publish third-party content. As a user of our platform, you are responsible for any content that you post and any resulting consequences. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our terms of service, but we are not liable for any content posted by users. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this provision.

Members may not use website URLs or email addresses as their profile link name, and profile names may not contain references to inappropriate material.

Forum administrators reserve the right to periodically scan and review the private messages database in search of abuse.

VII – REMOVAL OF CONTENT, BANNING, SUSPENSION, TERMINATION
WPF may in its sole discretion remove any content for any reason or no reason at all. In addition, WPF may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to parts of or to the entire WPF spaces, websites and communities if you violate any of the community rules and regulations or terms of use, or for any other reason, in its sole discretion. WPF may take these actions at any time, with or without notice and without liability to any users.
WPF’s failure at any time to require performance of any provision of these rules and regulations or our Terms of Use or to exercise any right provided for herein will not be deemed a waiver of such right provision or such right. All waivers must be in writing. Unless the written waiver contains an express statement to the contrary, no waiver by WPF of any breach of any provision of these rules and regulations or our Terms of Use or of any right provided for therein will be construed as a waiver of any continuing or succeeding breach of such provision, a waiver of the provision itself, or a waiver of any right under these rules and regulations or our Terms of Use.
Our forums and blog discussions are semi-moderated, and moderators or administrators may close or delete a thread at any time and for any reason. Once a topic is closed, members are not allowed to start a new thread with the same topic. All questions or remarks regarding closed or deleted threads must sent to ModMin via space-appropriate means.
For paid memberships, it is your responsibility to maintain a current, valid email address in your registration information so that our moderators can contact you in the event of a policy violation, though no such contact by WPF is required.
If any of your WPF privileges have been revoked and you have questions about why, or what, if anything, you can do to restore them, please email the forum administrator. WPF is not required to reply.
WPF is a dynamic online community, and WPF reserves the right to change or alter these rules at any time.
